Complaint / Contaminated Food - Martin's Store# 6107, Martinsburg, WV USA

I have spoken with the store manager and district leadership to no avail. My wife and I had a very disappointing store experience resulting in contaminated food, animal blood spillage due to improper meat packaging which, contaminated other fresh food items, deli fried chicken, produce items, etc. I am requesting someone from the corporate office contact me about our concerns. User's recommendation: After much effort, I managed to learn the company's management profile, CEO, etc. Ahold, certainly is mindful of the brand's reputation, public appearance and, carefully determined it was in everyone's best interests to handle the matter appropriately, efficiently and respectfully. Greatly appreciated! The bottom line, I recommend Martin's and their food items. Their management processes are working and THEY DO CARE about their customers! Thank you!

Because the people in Carlisle PA at your Giant Food customer service cannot seem to get messages relayed properly to the proper people, I needed to go above their company to you all who own them! I have incurred damage to my vehicle because your local management cannot fill potholes. They say it is up to the company who owns their building. Unfortunately, your management has known about the issues for months and still cannot fix the problem. I expect a phone call from someone at your corporate office since Giant Foods stores corporate office has not addressed the problem

Disabled work account

I work for giants and I tried to access my account in ahold to see my schedule but its saying its disabled and I never got access to it , is there anyway I can get help with my account.

Customer service and civil rights violation

I would like to receive a call from someone high up at AHOLD Corporate in Zandamm, North Holland, Netherlands, on Thursday 16 Apr 2020. Please have the call come from Zandaam, North Holland, Netherlands at your European Corporate Headquarters rather than from someone in the USA. Thanks Your customer service and management have changed dramatically at one particular store in the State of Maryland, for the worst. I feel that my civil rights have been violated at one of your USA stores, and that my rights as a disabled American were violated, and that I was treated very nastily and downright mean by two of your Giant employees, whom I would recommend you fire immediately, but your call there. That is not who I am, nor how I live my life, as a devout Christian father, grandfather, and friends to many close people who all shop in your Giant stores. I have lived in the State of Maryland since 1970 so that is now 50 years, and have shopped almost exclusively, both groceries and pharmacy (a lot of $$$) at your Giant stores for 35 years continuously. te I am also a disabled American under the American with Disabilities Act. I have difficulty walking due to problems with my feet, ankles, and legs, so often use your electric carts to get around this store. There was a general manager named Bruce, a pleasant, very experienced, and well trained African American, who sadly was transferred out to another store, or perhaps escalated to a higher position in management. However, it was around the time of the departure of Bruce (sorry, I will try to get you his last name soon) that the quality of the management of the store deteriorated. I am an American of Deutsch and Swiss ancestry, born and raised in the USA, and it is very important that I bring something to your attention at the Corporate Level in Zandaam, with full details transmitted to you. I am a respected Physician and Cardiology professional in my community and neighborhood, as well as a father of two adult daughters, ages 31 and 34, three grandchildren, 100% disabled American, and a senior citizen of the USA. I am living in the USA and am on EST so we are 6 hours behind your time zone. I will await your call on Thursday, 16 Apr 2020. after 2:00 PM your time in Zandaam, North Holland, Netherlands. You know what's annoying, and rude... People who include their profession in their complaint. As if that fact puts them in a higher class of society that deserves more credibility than any other customer.

07-2531I attempted to contact your "so called" 24/7 customer service at 9:45 pm EST and got a "ROBOT" which suggested robotically that I start typing it a question, which I did. It suggested to me then, that I pay a fee to some company to get my questions answered. This all seemed totally worthless and useless. I then called the 717-249-**** number you list online, and it is somewhere in Lancaster County in the USA.I only got to listen to a recording regarding applying for a job with Giant (Ahold) and then the recording went into a talk about knowing the extension of the person whom you wished to speak to . Since I did not know who I could speak to, nor who I wished to speak to, and there was no more voice recording. I simply hung up, and will now know to call directly to Ahold Corporate offices in Zandaam, North Holland, the Netherland on Thursday when you open at 2:00 PM EST or my time. I was planning on doing that anyway on Thursday, so all additional actions, while instructive,were simply an exercise in futility for me as the paying customer in the USA. Sincerely, William W. Ahold Junior Fruity Pops Ice Cream Review

I bit into a junior fruity pop and was struck by the most awful chemical taste. I don't know what it was but I fear if I swallowed any more I would be fatily ill.
